1. Service Description
De Jesús Ship Supply provides ship provisioning services (fresh provisions, water, technical gases and bonded stores) and MARPOL waste management (Annexes I, IV, V and VI) at the main ports of the Dominican Republic.
2. Quotations
Quotations generated through this site are indicative offers. Final prices and availability depend on port conditions, dates of call, and stock at the time of confirmation. A quotation accepted by both parties constitutes a service agreement.
3. Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide accurate information about the vessel and requirements, to confirm or cancel the request with the agreed notice, and to comply with MARPOL regulations and Dominican Maritime Authority rules applicable to the vessel.
4. Limitation of Liability
De Jesús Ship Supply is not liable for delays caused by port conditions beyond its control, decisions of port or maritime authorities, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure events.
5. MARPOL Documentation
The issuance of official documentation (Oil Record Book, Garbage Record Book) is subject to the current regulations of the Dominican Maritime Authority. De Jesús Ship Supply handles documentation in accordance with established protocols.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo.
